1. Voraussetzung 
Wir brauchen ein Design um euren Fursuit herzustellen! Schickt uns euer Design und Wünsche.

Ob eine Technische Zeichnung "Reference sheet" gebraucht wird und wie viele Ansichten benötigt werden hängt von der Designkomplexität ab. Bitte nicht schattieren, da es das Design verfälscht.
Ist das Design simpel und symmetrisch reicht eine Skizze mit Farbpalette oder normale Illustration. Auch 18+ Bilder können verwendet werden.

Optimal:
>Ansicht vorne, hinten (Rücken), Farbpalette
>Ansicht Seite oder 3/4 Ansicht
>ggf. Detailansicht(en)

2. Abklärung 
Wir sagen dir, ob wir den Auftrag umsetzen können. Wir behalten uns vor Aufträge abzulehnen - vieles lässt sich als 2D Design machen, aber nicht als Kostüm. Zusatzwünsche wie z.B. magnetische Augenlider bitte direkt nennen!

Wir brauchen ebenfalls bestimmte Maße, um die passende Größe für euch zu finden. Wer kein Maßband hat kann einen Bindfaden nehmen und anschließend die Länge an einem Lineal messen. Hier ist eine Anleitung dazu.

Können wir das Design umsetzen bekommst du einen Kostenvoranschlag und kannst entscheiden, ob du buchen möchtest.

3. Zahlung
Der Betrag ist sofort fällig. Wenn nicht innerhalb von 7 Kalendertagen nach Bestätigung die Zahlung eingegangen ist treten wir vom Vertrag zurück. Wir halten das Recht, zahlungsunfähige Kunden von unserem Angebot permanent zu Sperren.

Zahlung ist möglich per:
- Überweisung (nur Euro-Länder), PayPal, Klarna via Ebay oder Etsy

4. Herstellung
Ist alles geklärt arbeiten wir an eurem Projekt und schicken ggf. ab und an Updates. Wenn ihr Kritik an etwas habt sag es so früh wie möglich, im Nachhinein lässt sich vieles nicht mehr ändern. Typischerweise beträgt die Herstellungszeit nicht länger als 6 Monate (meist 1-3 Monate).

Ist das Projekt fertig bekommt ihr ggf. eine DHL Trackingnummer. Wohnt ihr außerhalb der EU müsst ihr wenn das Paket ankommt noch Zollgebühren zahlen. Gibt es Probleme (z.B. Transportschaden) kontaktiert uns.

Whether a refsheet and how many angles are needed depends on the design complexity. Don't add shading as it falsifies the design.
For a simple and symmetrical design a sketch with color palette or regular illustration is fine. Nsfw art is ok to use.

Optimal:
>Front, back angle, color palette
>Side or 3/4 angle
>Detail shots

2. Details
We'll tell you if we are able to make your fursuit. We reserve the right to decline commissions – not all designs translate well into a costume. Mention any extras you want (like magnetic eyelids)!

We'll need your measurements in order to make the right size for you. If you don’t have a measuring tape you can use string and measure the length with a ruler. Here's a guide.

If we can do the project you will get a quote and can decide if you want to book a spot. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

3. Payment
The full amount is due immediately. If payment has not been received within 7 calendar days after booking we'll withdraw from the contract. We reserve the right to block customers that are unable to pay from our services.

4. Production
We may send updates now and then while working on your project. If you have any criticism mention it as early as possible, many things can't be changed later. Typically manufacturing doesn't take longer than 6 months (mostly 1–3 months).

When we're finished you may get a DHL tracking number. If you live outside the EU you're responsible for customs fees when the parcel arrives. Contact us if there are any problems (e.g. shipping damage).
